We woke up on a Friday morning to find out that our water heater was dead as a door nail! I contacted our home warranty company to file the claim and after a quick 10 minutes phone call I was text by Elite Plumbing who said they wanted to come during a 3 hour window the same day. He arrived at the beginning of the 3 hour window and immediately knows what was wrong with our water heater. He said that he was going to have to get the part and hopefully he could get it by Saturday morning and said he would call. Approximately 10 minutes after leaving he telephoned and stated that he was on his way to pick up the part and would be back within an hour. He arrived back and in less than 10 minutes our water heater was back up and heating our water once again! Elite Plumbing was prompt, professional and very very quick! What could have turned into days and days of waiting for hot water and no showers is now a problem resolved!! Thank you Elite Plumbing!!!

Worst Ever. They installed a quartz shower and cut the material wrong. This left me with an uneven top reveal and an over quarter inch gap at the bottom that I could stick my finger in which they had to shim. They also did not have the two small shelves at the time and left the job unfinished. After talking to the office and leaving 2 messages with the installer They left me for 5 weeks with no contact as to when they would come back to finish calking the walls and install the shelves. I was without a functional shower for this whole time. The installer argued with me when he finally did return, and I said I was not satisfied with his poor workmanship. He left me without giving me my receipt (but happily cashed my check) and not even a thank you for your patience with a 5-week delay. I feel like I have been screwed over by this company and would never recommend them for any kind of remodeling job.
