I had a hot water heater issue that 2 other plumbers would not look at. Chris came, diagnosed the problem and fixed it right away. It was just a matter of 2 elements but after numerous calls, to others, and a week + without hot water it was a welcome site to see him come.

No Stars if I could! Had 5 mini splits installed in August 2021. Have been having trouble with one of the mini splits. Called the office numerous times with no reply. Went into the office and the one person who handles mini splits was not there. Initially they said they would call back but never did. They finally called back and said they have no trained staff to service the mini split and said that I need to look elsewhere for service.
