    Build a one bedroom house
    $100,000

    I would never recommend Elite Residential to anyone. Maybe Juan is capable of doing small jobs, but he definitely knows very little about building a house. Juan turned out to be unprofessional and unethical to the point of making up bogus expenses. It seems he has been reported to the State Board previously. If you do decide to hire Juan, do not give him any money in advance.

    Bathroom Remodel project

    First hired Elite Residential Contractors Inc for remodel of front bathroom. All went so well that I requested an estimate for remodel of master bathroom. Juan was very patient in explaining procedures and use/options of materials for each job.
