Elite Restoration

This company is the most unprofessional, unorganized, disrespectful, inconsiderate, incompetent company I have ever had to deal with and I've recently had a roofing company, screen enclosure Company and a window company replace all of my windows in my home and none of them treated me and my home in the fashion these ppl did, not by far. The first week they were great starting into the second week the contractor stucco guys upon first arrival to my home a guy walked to the end of my street and urinated in my neighbors front yard. I'm guessing on his way back he stepped in dog feces and proceeded to wipe it off all on my front patio for others to step in and bring into my home instead of using the hose. (Mind you I told Aaron part owner of this outfit within the first 5 minutes of entering my home to use either restroom and I sectioned off a piece of my yard 5 x 25 for them to rinse their tools.) Then the stucco guys proceeded to stucco my Comcast cable into the wall so they were already not happy I called them out on urinating in my neighbors yard then they had to come back to take the cable out of my wall. The same guys that showed up the first day showed up to fix the problem so they were already aware of where to rinse their tools they then decided to rinse their tools in my flower bed out front killing my annuals (not coming back now) they left it like that an entire week before cleaning it up. So a hard layer of concrete covered the soil so they couldn't get water or sun and while trying to clean it up Brian broke half of the branches and all my plants are dieing not coming back!! Then instead of Aaron taking his drywall that was left over cause he didn't feel like putting it in his truck the drywall fell over night and broke my window sill. This man had the nerve to contradict me and say first it was like that already, then he said there's no way my guys did that, then he said he had a photo of the corner piece already missing and they put it back (still have yet to see the photo produced by them) and he said all of those things within 5 minutes of looking at what happened. Let me tell you I've been living here in this house 12 years now I know every inch of it, I clean it!!!
All of these things happened within a 3 day period by the time the planter incident happened and Aaron says BEFORE even taking a look at my planter says "there's no way my guys did that" I lost my ish!! You don't even look at the problem and are spewing out excuses that it wasn't you!! What kind of company owner are you??? They are very disrespectful and so unprofessional. They need to attend a customer service class because they have no idea on how to interact with customers. I paid 29,000$ and my home doesn't even look like I got that amount of work done. I've had 2 separate companies come in to give me estimates on the exact work Elite did and I'm getting estimates 6-8,000$ cheaper. I'm kicking myself in the arse because I always get 3 to 4 estimates before choosing a company but we've been going thru this insurance claim since the hurricane almost 3 years ago now. I just want it over!! They were constantly asking us to repeat things we've already told them ie. Paint colors what work we wanted done in each room. I was never asked fixture colors which I wanted brushed bronze Aaron buys satin nickel. When I realized I told him you never asked me so instead of returning them he buys the color I want but still installs the wrong brackets on my 5 brand new doors I had them hang while the new ones were sitting on my patio so he could charge me for both of them!!
I'm sure there are things I forgot to mention, Imagine that, but I'm sure you get the jist of my experience with this horrible company ELITE RESTORATION CORP!!!
