    DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! If you do - do not give them the 2nd payment until the tile is on your roof. The company lied to us for 6 months, having us believe they ordered the tile promptly and they never did. We gave them $29,000 for the 1st and 2nd payment thinking everything was moving smoothly. Elite then stop communicating with us - not returning many phone call and text messages. The owner said he would take care of this and then stop responding completely with a mailbox that was always too full to leave a message. We were given the run around constantly and the company blamed the tile company for all the delays. Elite, finally after about 6 months admitted that they never ordered the tile and said they didn't have enough money to pay for it from out $29,000 we gave them and for us to pay the tile company directly. We did and this added another 4 months to finish the job. Elite roofing lied and stopped communicating with us for weeks. They took about 10 months to a job that should have taken 2 months to do. You want to use a different roofing company and you dont need the headaches we experienced for 10 months!!!

    Replace roof and fix decking

    We contracted with Elite Roofing to replace our roof and ended up with warped floors that they refused to reimburse us for due to their negligence. We we're supposed to have our roof replacement done the week of July 1-7 2018, but Elite overbooked their crews and started late on this $19k job to replace a concrete tile roof. Because of the late start, they stripped the roof right as torrential storms were coming into the area. They did not put down the underlayment completely, and then the crew didn't show for 2 days. During those two days Huge rainstorms hit, and on the Morning of July 8th we walked into our kitchen and living room with tons of water on the floor. The water had come in through an part of the roof that needed to have the decking replaced but hadn't been done or covered when the crews left on July 6th before the rains. The water seeped down the walls to the floors and flooded two rooms. I called Aaron (sales rep) and he had the local GC (Rachel) call me back. I'm now on the roof putting up tarps and trash bags to minimize damage, and after they come out, I am assured they will fix the issue and reimburse me. They come out and cover the deck and take pictures of the water soaked floors. So I don't hear anything about this and start sending emails to their corporate office. Rachel finally emails me back in sepSeptem offering a solution.
    Their idea of reimbursement is they then offer to replace my floors themselves at a price not comp or reimbursement of my deductible. Look, I call a roofing company to replace my roof and want a flooring company to replace my floors. So all I ask them for is they pay my insurance deductible. They say they will let a guy named Marcus at their main office know. So I file with my insurance and get a small settlement with the depreciation held back until the work is done. I don't hear anything from Elite roofing, and I call Marcus in September and he verbally attacks me on the phone about the insurance company subrogating the loss and that it was somehow our fault that his crews didn't protect the deck, so we are to blame. I reiterate that his crew left the roof exposed, did not show for two days, and that I called his sales associate Aaron and project mgr Rachel immediately to mitigate the loss being worse.
    He hangs up and I have never heard a word from them again. I just got Notice from Liberty Mutual that they are ending efforts to subrogate my loss, and I have $6000 in floor damage from this "Elite" company that will not acknowledge their damage to my property. They had no problem collecting $20k from me for replacing the roof and fixing some dry rotted sections, but will not return $2k to pay for their crews screwups. So I put it to you to decide if you want to work with this kind of company. I have not reviewed them sooner hoping they would do the right thing. They haven't and won't.     Signed contract with Elite Roofing on June 23rd 2018 was promised work would start in 4-6 weeks, they didn't start until Aug 17th. While they were removing the plywood one of the worker stepped through the ceiling and caused damage, Elite was quick to come out and have someone fix it but now I have been waiting for them to put the metal on my roof and it has been 7 weeks. I have called, texted and emailed with no avail. Guess my next step is to call an attorney.

    This company is the worst manage contractors I've every dealt with . Eight months to complete the roof seriously! Save the nightmare and use someone else.

    $25K in their pocket in March but no roof yet (Aug.). Broken promises on a near daily basis though. Rich, Terri & Ricardo seem to have that move down real well. I will never understand how they could get away with taking advantage of people like this. Many other complaints online like mine. Only wish I had done more research before signing that contract.

    Elite Roofing Solutions came highly recommended but our experience has been terrible. The owner, Ricardo Lara is MIA, does not return phone calls or texts. Call the company, it goes to voicemail and no one returns call. Started new roof project 2/19/18. It is now April 9th and we are not finished. We have paid them over $30,000 and they can't seem to finish the project. We are at the drip and valley inspection period. All prior inspections have failed. Other contractors have told us that there are other customers in the same boat as we are and that the company is in turmoil. What a mess. Please do not use this company.

    This project has since been completed as of 5/25/18. In reference to the inspections that you say failed (failed due to rep not being on site at time of inspection) nothing to do with workmanship and this is documented on the Municipality permit. We have tried to work closely with you regarding your final statement and give you your close out documentation, you have declined to work with us or the vendor involved.     Elite Roofing have completed a new standing seam metal roofs on two houses for me and did a great job. It seams they are very busy and I had to push to keep the schedule they promised. The quality of work and price was great.
