    Do drawings for adding one window to one wall
    $13,492

    Our experience with Elixir Engineering & Construction was not good at all. They had done some work for us on one home where they sent a designer to our home who spent half a day there, and measured everything to give us a set of 4 drawings. One overview of the lot and the house before changes, another of the house before changes, One of the lot after the changes and one of the house after the changes. They charged us 3450 for that work. We paid them with in a week. Then we asked them to draw up adding one window to our home. We provided a complete set of drawings in AutoCAD to them which we had from a previous addition. All they had to do is add one window to one wall. All the other drawings were already provided. Guess what the charge was? $3,880! Their estimated (verbal), was $1,000.
