    NO, I cannot recommend this Contractor. Very poor workmanship issues. The work done was not to industry standards. No electric or plumbing permits were pulled. No building permit before starting the renovation project. SOME of the Issues include Siding, flooring, Windows, Tile shower pan test failed and this contractor filled the pan back up with water before the inspector arrived. He was caught and had to demolish the entire shower and redo it and still had very poor workmanship issues, Sewer, structural retaining with no rebar. … all riddled with poor workmanship issues/ defects. Work was not done to industry standards. NO, I do not recommend this contractor.
