    Road work

    Hired to do roadwork at Westwood Ranch for the last 10+ years, quit his contract NO NOTICE because he would NOT listen to a Board Member on road work. From my view the roadwork has been pretty bad for someone who had a exclusive contract! Would NOT use him for anything, hope he goes out of business!

    Phil Elliott has been working for us for about 6 years on Westwood Ranch, doing seasonal rural road repair & maintenance. Not only does he do a great job, but he takes great pride in his work, & in customer satisfaction. Phil is very fair in his pricing, & also happens to be a very nice person! I would highly recommend him to anyone needing excavation and/or grading services.

    Phil has been doing rural ranch road maintenance & road repair for us on Westwood Ranch in Seligman AZ for about 6 years. Phil is very fair on his job pricing & knows how to work on rural roads. Phil is pleasant to work with & is a great guy all around. I would recommend Phil Elliott to any one looking for rural ranch road work.
