My Cottage Homes is the replacement contractor in Turtle creek Subdivision. Brandon Elliott purchased 102 remaining lots because the original contractor, Concrete Building Concepts owned bt Clay Guiterrez was a flop. They built homes with handymen and no finish carpenters resulting in most homeowners very dissatisfied. They never kept their word and did not honor any warranty. My Cottage Homes started out the same way. Not admitting that Brandon Elliott was the owner because they plan on using the same customer service personnel. Go to face book page Turtle Creek Subdivision Reviews to get an earful, then buy a home from D.R Horton a quality builder.
