Had Cecil Ellis repair some roof rot at one of my rental houses. His quality of work looked outstanding and he finished the job in a timely manner. The roof did not leak before he worked on it. After he finished the roof leaked in two places. He said he would come out and repair the leaks but never did. When I would call him to see if he had fixed the leaks he claimed he was too busy and had not been able to get out to the house to fix the leaks. Last I spoke with him he told me "there was no warranty on roof repairs" and "repairs aren't perfect, your a grown ass man, you should know that." He was very rude and disrespectful. Its been a month of the roof leaking and ruining my ceiling and now I have to pay someone else to fix his mistakes. I Will not use this guy again on my next projects.
