The AC they installed failed right away 5/22 They were out to my house, making me miss work, 10 times and still didn't fix the problem, and then it was fall and I couldn't tell if it was fixed or not. It wasn't! First time I used it this year. It leaked into my living room and dinning room. I will have to have part of my ceiling and walls replaced as well as some flooring, once again making me miss work. Other AC co found multiple problems with the install, when couldn't find any.
Valve not working making unit freeze up.
Undersized pan to stop your house from being damaged with water
Crappy ductwork to hook up new unit.
I called to complain. They said they'd be out to take pics for insurance.
The adjuster comes out...not the offending co.
Then he shoots me an email saying this is the claim #.
Nope, no it wasn't. It was the policy number. They never reported it.
This company has been a bunch of creepy liars from the start.
When I asked to speak with the owner they refused and wouldn't even tell me his name. I think it was him that answered the phone when I called the business to complain. So rude on the phone and too much of a coward to admit it was him.
STAY AWAY
