Elmer and his crew excavated my entrance road and building site on Shaws Ridge in southern Sugar Grove. He knows how to evaluate a site quickly and personally oversees every job. He grew up in this area and knows the correct material and where to obtain it. The shale road he did for me 10 years ago is still in good shape and has not washed out from all the storms from pure experience and knowledge of the area. He can eye up a site drainage and road grade on his first visit without any fancy computers.
