    bath remodel
    $18,250

    Unpaid debt alert is correct. Avoid ELR Construction. We just paid one of their subcontractors to remove a mechanic's lien placed on our property 90 days after ELR completed work. The subcontractor had not been paid by ELR and a lien was attached to our property.

    Bathroom total remodel.

    ELR just finished a total remodel of our Master Bath and dressing area. They did a FANTASTIC job. The crew were exceptional and very friendly and professional. Mike, the owner was excellent start to finish. They were very neat and cleaned up their work each night. I would highly recommend ELR.

    We hired the ELR team to repair water damage due to a faulty washmashine installation.
    We are 100 percent happy with the whole process.
    From demo to repair, the guys were on time, fast, efficient, courteous and professional . We can highly recommend this company .

    The ELR team did an excellent job on repairing my home from water damage. The replaced all my flooring and dry wall. Mike Minemier was on-site everyday. The team leader Harry is great. Everyone on-site was professional and well educated. I have two Yorkies and everyone made sure they were safe and never frightened.

    This the second time my home has been damaged in the past 3 years. ELR took the time to do the job right. My home never looked so good. I plan to have them do all future repairs. They are the most professional people that have done repairs and reconstruction in my home in the past 7 years.
