I am only giving this company a 1 star because I have to do so. I would give it a 0 if I could. This company subcontracted out the build of my home I purchased in December of 2022. They were to do a punch list of many items from the home inspection report and did not return to date almost a year later to do so. By doing this they have ignored the Virginia state law that covers a home for one year. They have ignored all of my calls, my wood floors are all damaged, texts and emails. My house has so much wrong with it and it was build with salvage materials that are all broken and damaged. My electric does not work, my ac unit is damaged, my windows and doors are all broken, my septic doesn't work, my electric is not up to code, my crawl space foundation is not up to code, my driveway washed away in two weeks, my property is covered in debris from the construction that was never removed. A very detailed and long punch list of many items from the home inspection are not done. The list of all of the items needed to be replaced or repaired is too long to list on here. This company is so shady and lie and ignore you as a costumer. I have reached out numerous times and told them I will have to sue for all items not resolved in my home and they do not respond.
