    Tried numerous times to get them to fix a problem they cost and they would not respond.. Got hung up on twice and was treated extremely poor on the phone when I finally did get someone

    I want to express my appreciation and compliment your well drilling services. My experience began with you, Kelly Elsner, excellent customer services of returning my phone call--and, you did! " Water does flow" with Elsner Well Drilling services.

    The customer service begins at the top. The receptionist was pleasant, professional and courteous. I enjoyed meeting all the well drilling men. They were polite, professional and humorous. They never left me without water flowing. Your workers knew how to make a bad situation (no water) a good one. Every phone call, I was asked, "do you have water?". Water is a basic of life. They worked in hot, humid weather, with putting in long days, but always with a smile. They answered my questions without making me feel naive. I appreciated the clear communication and coordination of the new well, from the estimated costs with Clint and then phone calls informing me of the necessary steps and arrival time of the services.

    We often go through this world just expecting. I know services were paid, but I believe in giving praise when deserved. We all know that the best marketing a business can have, is word of mouth from their customers. I had three different estimates for a new well. None of the other agencies even began to compare in customer services to Elsner business. I have enjoyed telling others of my great customer service with Elsner Well Drilling Services.

    I wish you "wellness, best of health and continued good business". I "thank you and your workers" for your wonderful services to get my "water to flow" again. It has been a pleasure meeting you and doing business with you.
