    Repair damage from car accident

In the beginning it was great.
We had a car run into my house… And shatter the structure of our house/garage.
The Building Inspection got involved when a wire was hanging. The garage was never a garage when we bought the house.
In the transition of fixing the room we received A new BI, and he let me know what he wanted done along with Elvis.
To make a long story short. Elvis did what he wanted not paying attention to what the BI wanted. And I received a call from BI that we were most likely gonna be Red/Stop order/tagged cuz he was not complying to BI request.
When everything got fixed with that he contracted with a door company, not even here to oversee it. Door was mounted 2 inches in from original door. So becuz my driveway sloops & for some reason floor is lower, the water goes into room becuz of gap. I told him it wasn’t right… that old door met driveway. He argued with me about it. I also asked for window. To this day… To this day…. It’s still sitting wherever but not my house.
Elvis…. Also replaced electrical panel & within a month, lost power to living room outlet.
Originally I wanted a Barn Door becuz I had loft above other door. He told me it couldn’t be done. So tore loft etc out. He was suppose to remove old door. He never did. Lo & behold my old door was a Barn Door. So It could of been done.
Saw him at my place of business couple month ago. He said he’d be by on Monday. That Monday came & went.
I’ve sent a couple of textes, no response
Please be on top of things…
    I didn’t know… but knew thing weren’t right…

    Electrical work for remodel
    $10,000

I moved into a condo in 2018 and hired Elvis to do some electrical work. He added lighting, rewired the panel, and other things. He and his crew did a good job as far a the work went, but things went south when it came time to close out the city permits.
The inspector would not close them without addressing a few issues.
I called Elvis and left many messages. He would not answer his phone or return calls. I tried for 3 months to get him to take care of this and I heard nothing from him.
I ended up having to file a complaint with the state licensing board to get him to contact me.
He finally came out and worked with the city to close the permits. The fact that I had to file a complaint with the CA State Licensing Board to get him to contact me after paying him over $10,000 for work done was infuriating to say the least.
I would not hire him again and I would not recommend him.
