I am waiting over 2 months since notifying the owner of poor workmanship and the need for under warranty repairs to our stairway. At one point we were given the worker’s contact information requesting we call his employee. I did not pay the employee thousands of dollars for a new stairway, I paid Emanuel Construction! Their offered warranty is useless! I have history of over 2 months worth of promises from the owner promising services.
Extremely disappointed!
