We were looking for a mini split system over the last six months. We spoke with and received quotes from six different large and small companies. But when we contacted Williams Electric (someone we've used in the past and trusted and love) we found out about Embers Heating and Air. Linda, office coordinator, stepped right up and gave us details that almost sold me right away. She was knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. She worked up a price quote and for me the deal was done. Within about a week, we had the installers out. They were on time, professional, knowledgeable, courteous and finished the installation in a day and a half. The remarkable thing to me was that I had talked and received quotes from all these companies and when something that is local JUST FEELS RIGHT, you know when to jump on the wagon.
