The built a home for me. They were terrible. Wouldn’t give me numbers to call to talk to the folks. Had to use some terrible antiquated system to track things, and then would not respond. Didn’t even complete punch list items in our contract. Do not use this company. Even the employees inside complained about their service. Low quality, horrible customer service, and dishonest builder. David, that owns it, would never respond. Do not use. Also know as RidgeCrest, and not Embassy Homes. Change names because the company is terrible.

I bought a home from Embassy Homes aka Embridge Homes. Am trying to repaint our homes exterior and called their company today. Not only did they not help me with any information but the person answering their phones hung up on me. Whatever you do DO NOT buy a home from these people

Hardest people to deal with
They don’t care what’s put up and how their subs do the work . Bad workmanship
Two leaks after closing , one before. And just found we have another one on a two year old house . Grout line cracked, cold air coming in, stairs never stained at closing acted like we wanted to have workers keep coming after closing . Some shingles don’t have wood under them . Crappy work
