I’d recommend any future homebuyer to find another builder! Experienced nail pops, cracked patio ceiling, cracked sheet rock, gutters that retain water, no seal at the seam of the home, etc. Make sure you review everything prior to closing. Driveway was chipped by builder and they did a patch job to attempt to correct the issue instead of repacking the sections their construction vehicle damaged. There’s a detention pond that the builder refuses to put a fence around or shrubbery leaving this expense for the homeowners. It’s a hazard and an eyesore. Disappointing purchasing experience with this builder.
