While others are suffering through the "dog days of August," my husband and I are cool and comfortable with the HVAC system Jim put in for us this year. He's sympathetic to his customer's well-being and works quickly to correct the issue - whether it's a family freezing in the winter or melting in these summer days. Also, he doesn't take up customer time by chatting; he's all business til he's completed the job. Wish we'd found Jim Eby 10 years ago!!!
