Very poor. Started process in Feb 2021 and it's near September and we have a pool shell. He has messed up every part of the build and made critical design decisions without homeowner input. Still no pool equipment. Think about that. Started pool in Feb and he still keeps saying it's coming or it's ordered and nothing.
And he upped the bid $50,000 during the project when only change/add was a 15 x 5 foot concrete pad.
