Low quality, terrible customer service. House took about twice as long to build as it was supposed to, and several things in the house have broken in the 8 months since closing. Part of the yard collapsed from where they dug a trench the week of closing, and it took about 3 months for them to send someone out to fix it. Appliances were installed incorrectly, causing water damage in the kitchen, doors have fallen off the tracks or don't lock, and the hose of the kitchen sink is broken. Don't get me started on the seams that are visible in the drywall throughout the house or the fact that the paint has peeled off the ceilings. Have called multiple times--it's very hard to get a call back--and the only reason things are getting done is that I have contacted the individual contractors myself. As long as it took for them to build this house, it should NOT be having these issues. And I didn't even argue about the price...

Terrible customer service should be their motto. Bought a new build from them and in fairness, the quality has been good. There is one issue that the site supervisor was made aware of and promised it would be fixed. It has now been almost 6 months later and after phone calls, texts and a certified letter (which I have proof of all) there is radio silence and the issue is getting worse. Would not recommend this builder at all if you want assurance that issues will be taken care of.
