We are a full service construction company, locally owned since October, 2004 with a in-house team providing expertise across all trades. We are able to complete projects ranging in size from custom home designs, residential and condominium remodels, retail build outs to large commercial jobs. We pride ourselves in our collaborative approach and levels of high client satisfaction achieved through our quality of work. We may not be the cheapest construction firm, but we do it right the first time, and complete all projects on time, and on budget.

We have been building commercially for several decades, a few home projects here and there but nothing like the undertaking of a huge kitchen remodel. Upon meeting the Emerald Builder team we thought they may be too good to be true. But it was true! They were amazing! Everyday the team was in our home (we remained in the house during the entire project) they were nothing but respectful of our environment, kept everything incredibly clean, and kept all subs in check and the finished kitchen was nothing less than a dream come true. I can't not recommend them highly enough.

Great people that do quality work. They treated me with respect, listened to me, advised me and made sure that everything was correctly done and to my liking. They inspected their work carefully and even found things I wouldn't have seen. I would not hesitate to use them again and with high probability will do exactly that. I highly recommend them.

As far as I am concerned, Emerald Builders is the ONLY choice for contractors and decorators. I have known Scott and Mattie for 20 years and for 20 years I have seen their exceptional product. The latest project they did for me was a kitchen remodel which was better than anything I thought I wanted. A great deal of care went into the design to be sure it was a perfect fit for my husband and me.

Emerald Builders LLC Employees
I worked in construction when I was younger and have done many projects on my properties over the years so I have experience in this space. Scott is a really good guy and knows his job well. He is polite, professional and communicates well. For the most part, he and his team did well. His tile guy is somewhat suspect however. He apparently didn't know what Schluter was and so our niche boxes in the master bath have no trim, just raw tile edges that were painted, it's too bad and it's too late to do anything about it.
