Emerald City Construction was established by Yosef Oz in 1987 to rehabilitate houses in the historic Armory District in Providence's west end. We specialized in historical preservation of Victorian period houses. Emerald City Construction has gained recognition in the community for integrity, quality workmanship, and customer satisfaction.

I have used Emerald City Construction several times over the last few years. Most recently they installed energy efficient windows in my house. The owner, Yosef Oz and his crew were extremely professional and I appreciated their knowledge and attention to detail. Mr. Oz emailed me several times after the install was complete to be sure I was satisfied! I was very satisfied!! Thank you Emerald City Construction!!

Yosef Oz and Emerald City Construction do work with integrity and master craftsmanship. There are no corners cut with this company and the work is exemplary. Yosef communicates consistently about ongoing work, any changes that may occur, work days, etc. He is also very easy to contact. I would highly recommend this company for both small and large jobs. You will be as satisfied as I was with the work done. I used Emerald City to redo work that had been done by a less conscientious builder and I am so happy I did.
