  Install outdoor shower

  $200

  Had them come out to install an outdoor shower. I had all the pipe assembled exactly how I wanted it done. Marc decided to change how I wanted it connected to the water supply running out from under the house. He used plastic pipe instead of the connector to convert to metal pipe outside the house. The plastic pipe is known to become brittle in direct sunlight. By not doing it how I had it assembled, it is now six inches higher. When confronted about it, he said well you have plastic running all outside your house. I told him that I am having to change all that out.

  Called to speak with Myrna about my dismay, she said she had talked to Marc and my wife. Said it was done correctly. Also she kept telling me to quit yelling at her. My voice was raised to express my frustrations. She said well you should have been onsite. Her response was we'll come back out, but it will be another service charge. I told her, had you done it as I had it assembled, you wouldn't be coming back out and I wouldn't pay another charge for their mistake.

  Kept saying we talked to my wife and she said do it as it is. Again, Marc took it upon himself to alter how I had it assembled. I am disputing the charge, as it wasn't done how I wanted it done.

  I will add the work was good, just installed wrong.
