Had them out to go over my system they where very in-depth my system was about 15 years old they found a breach even pulled the heat exchanger to show me then had a nice gentleman out to go over options to replace my system did not try and give me all the bells and whistles. Got just what I needed and wanted and the price was better then any other company I have had out in the past that just pushed new equipment would use them again and again
