Miserable experience. They were called for emergency service. They did not come and told us they would have to reschedule for a week later. When asked for a sooner date they hung up on us. Terrible service.

By YogiJune 12, 2019Sent by the home warranty company, since these were contracted to them (AHS)$125
They were sent twice by my home warranty company (AHS) to fix a leaking toilet, that was not fixed, but closed the ticket after failing to show up for a third appointment, claiming that the problem was fixed during the second visit. Which is a total contradiction, considering that they were to arrive at the house and wasted someone's whole day by not showing up after having set up an appointment.

By ShirleyOctober 17, 2018replace water heater$500
Very unprofessional. Had a problem with my water heater. They provided a quote and when I was placing the order to move forward they increased the price 40% with no good reason and refused to negotiate or explain why. I had to go with other plumber

By AnonymousJanuary 17, 2015Install water heater$$495!!!Inventive billing
Their invoice claimed & charged for a "Hot & Cold Mod" but nothing was modified. Hot & Cold lines were installed that fit the existing plumbing & fixtures. A "Gas Mod" was invoiced and charged. Again a gas line was installed that fit existing gas valve. These charges were applied as uncovered modifications needed beyond standard installation of a water heater being replaced under a home warranty. I do not recommend hiring these folk.

This company sent out a contractor to install my water heater after giving me a quote from AHS.
They said I needed to bring it up to code and quoted me an additional 752 dollars for code enforcement repairs over the insurance allowance.
They didn't do the additional repairs they charged me for and they said they won't come out and make it right.
1 gas line modifications.it was supposed to be put under the house.
2.ventilation modifications none done..
3. Ball valve installed, 8 feet above the old one and it was crimped not welded, and I had to remind the contractor and he got pissed.
4. The straps were not installed and broken for earthquake prevention.
They were not wrapped around the tank and not clamped in.
If I needed new ones they should have told me l would have had them replace them.
It was supposed to be 752 to put the heater up to CODE
They would have had to do what they did without costing me the extra money.
Horrible experience!!
Now I have to go to small claims court.
