Most of the things that this contractor did for us or had his subs do for us have had problems. Some minor but many things had to be rebuilt. He is very disorganized with his project planning, pricing, and personnel management. Often we'd have subs just waiting around on the job site until he would show up and deliver either the necessary materials or direction.
All these wasted manpower hours and mistakes that needed to be redone all culminated in many extra expenses. In fact, the total bill was double what was originally estimated.
I clearly do not recommend this contractor for any project.
