I moved into a new home yesterday. Although it was inspected, the heat pump wiring decided to go bad and my home was being heated, not cooled. I called Emery’s, and Ron was here in less than 30 minutes. He went up in the really hot attic, made a temporary adjustment and now the house is cooling down. Ron was kind and considerate, greeted my dog who is old and has a heart murmur.
He will send me a quote for permanent repairs.and when the weather cools down, will be back to do the work. No charge for today and what a nice guy.
Wish I could give him 10 stars. -

Emery's was recommended to me by Ocean View Plumbing. On the night of 12/13/22, my heat suddenly stopped working. I called Ron first thing on the next morning. He actually come out just a few hours later to fix the problem. Turned out the heat pump motor had basically died. Ron's service was exemplary! He kept me informed of when he would be at my house. After analyzing what was wrong, he then bought me a new motor & installed it on the same day! His service was above & beyond great in every way!

I was in the market for a replacement HVAC system for our summer home. I was referred to Ron by another contractor who I trust. Ron promptly returned my call and came out to provide an estimate. He seemed very knowledgeable, straightforward and honest. He made a recommendation and provided at my request all of the technical information I needed. I decided to accept his advice and we scheduled the installation which Ron did himself. He arrived promptly and installed the system in an extremely professional manner. And when he discovered the manufacturer mistakenly packed a wrong part he drove off to get the correct part that day. Since it is our summer home Ron knew that I would be driving from my home more than 100 miles away and hoped to have the installation completed on the same day so I could return home that evening. And despite the manufacturer’s error he ensured the entire job was completed in the one day even though that meant he worked continuously all day to finish the work. The system was installed perfectly in a wonderful workmanlike manner. I have had experiences with contractors for more than 50 years in both business and personal circumstances and Ron is one of the best I have ever seen. I recommend him and Emery wholeheartedly.

I was referred to Ron and Emery's GS by a local contractor. I was in the window for an HVAC replacement and I reached out to Ron for an estimate. A+ for call back, speed and communication. He showed up exactly when he said he would and the bid was professional and thorough. I pulled the trigger and equipment arrived exactly when he said it would and work was scheduled quickly. Ron and his team did a perfect job on the installation. Work was meticulous and incredibly clean. Ron is a good guy and it's obvious he's not looking for one-time job, rather he's looking for long-term customers and he has one in this guy. Call Emery's GS LLC...best in the business.

Called Ron when my central AC decided to blow hot. He responded in a few minutes, promised to squeeze me in later in the day,, texted me he could get there sooner, looked at my AC unit, diagnosed the problem in 20 seconds, repairs the capacitor in 5 minutes, waited ten to fifteen minutes to e sure it didn’t also need a hard starter, and was an incredibly nice, kind person. I couldn’t speak more highly of his courtesy, professionalism, and knowledge /expertise. He even checked the other unit quickly to make it didn’t need the same part. It highly recommend this company and Ron
