My house was "inspected" for a potential buyer yesterday, the 14th. This "inspection" lasted ~5min (I have cameras in the house) and ended up with a recommendation to replace all the galvanized pipe for a cost of $5990.00. This report is not truthful, the fact that the "inspectors" feet did not leave the attic door ladder he did not see that about 50% of the plumbing has already been changed and is not galvanized pipe makes the report a fabrication. Yes he took pictures of the hot water fittings and the fittings on what is left of the galvanized pipe in our house located just to the left of the attic door opening does not include the entirety of the house as his report states “throughout the house”. He did not even open up the bathroom cabinets to look as the pipes under the bathroom sinks.
Further to the fabrication of this report, the report states that the faucets were turn on throughout the house and the water pressure dropped a lot. Yes when the "inspector" opened up 7 (yes 7) pressure drops at the same time and then flushed on of the toilet up stairs the pressure dropped, no shit that is how it works. I am not sure if the "inspector" think I am stupid or what but any damn plumbing system supplied by a finite pressure will have a drop with 7 pressure drops open and the toilet flushed. The "pressure drops a lot" is simply a scare tactic that I will not fall for since I am educated in all of this.
Furthermore, the "inspector" report shows to be signed by the home owner I did not sight this report, that is a crime and will given over to the proper authorities if this report is not corrected.

Emet showed up first to let me know the tech was 10 min away with the machine and they had the clog cleared quickly. He was very kind the entire time. The dispatcher had let us know the after hours price before hand and it was still that price when it cleared. Thank you for the quick service
