I had a heat pump installed by Roger at Eminent Mechanical about 5 years back. It is having some issues now and I wanted him to come out and do the work. I have left messages and he won't even call back. I actually got a hold of him once, but he was on a job and just left the phone going and had a conversation in the background while I talked. I finally just hung up. I texted him after that and asked that he call me later when he had time. Nope. He has no time for that.
