I had an extremely negative experience with Emma Property Management. Over the course of my tenancy, they repeatedly failed to address critical issues, including a four-day plumbing outage and an HVAC failure during extreme heat, leaving the home uninhabitable. Despite multiple repair requests, they ignored my concerns and refused to reimburse me for emergency service fees. They also denied me access to my garage and driveway for days with inadequate notice and failed to fix a front door code issue for months, despite acknowledging it as an emergency. Their lack of professionalism and disregard for tenant rights made my experience unbearable. Avoid at all costs!

I rented a property from Emma property management and it was one of the worst experiences I’ve witnessed to this day. It started off fine. However, when it came to repairs they weren’t fixed. For example the like in the kitchen there was a light fixture broken hanging from the ceiling. Put in requests, someone came to look at it and it was never fixed. I have emails that were never addressed. Also, I had an extensive hospital stay and when I returned the property had a mice infestation. We contacted both Erin and David and we were told that it was a tenant problem when in fact in the lease it stated that they were responsible for extermination. Once they said they wouldn’t fix the issue we decided to leave and pay the remaining balance of the rent for the month left in the lease. We were told we would get our deposit back. Now, the condo was left in perfect condition even Erin called me herself to say it was. They then proceeded to charge us a 699$ bill for cleaning. No one ever responds to emails or texts. Erin’s favorite line is “I’m sorry I’m just seeing your message” a month later. David bowman use to own the company however his realtor license was revoked due to negligence “allegedly” and to keep the business he put it in his daughters name. Same business, same scam realtor service please don’t rent from this company!!!
