    Install deck and patio

    I had a bad experience doing business with this company they do not stand behind their work. I had a patio installed a little over a year ago and this is the first full summer I could have used it, but that wasn't happening. It was never properly sealed with the polymeric sand in the joints. The owner will not correct the problem, I am besieged by ants coming up through the joints, the sand was not adequate.

    I requested an estimate for painting approximately 1000 sq. ft. of ceilings and sealing areas of previous water staining and a small hairline crack.
    The price quote took a few days but I was told they had some internet problems that would not allow them to see the photos I had sent.
    My questions were answered and a copy of their licensing and insurance were emailed to me at my request.
    I sent a deposit via Zelle for the supplies that they would be bringing.

    A date was set and they arrived on time and ready to work. It was a 4-man crew and they worked like a well-oiled machine. Each man started in a different area, and the floors, walls, etc were covered for protection. They took down breakable items that I could not reach. They coated the areas of previous water damage and sealed the crack, plus checking and patching a few other areas that I was not aware of. After 3 hours, the job was completed and I Zelled the remaining amount.
    I had previously requested that any unused paint be left since I would be paying for it and would use it in other areas and was told that would not be a problem. Unfortunately, when they left I had forgotten to mention it. When I remembered after about 10 minutes, I called and they sent Cesar, who was in charge of that job, back with the paint. I felt badly because he was about an hour out of his way, but Cesar was very gracious and brought the paint into the house for me and did not seem upset.
    This is a polite, hard-working, reliable crew and I would not hesitate to hire them again for any construction needs.
