We had a renter plug up the septic system, fail to tell us of blockage and caused toilets and showers to overflow into our basement bathroom. Ethan adjusted his schedule, replaced and primed the damaged sheetrock, installed a new vinyl floor, installed a new toilet and sink faucet in one very long day. He is polite, kind, professional and my family would recommend and use him again.
