    I wish to take this opportunity to express my sincere gratitude for the works you have undertaken on behalf our Memory Care Project. This project had as you are aware many unforeseen problems commencing at first with the mass pile foundations which prevented us from installing the internal below ground drainage as originally designed. I am especially grateful to Empire Building Company for the way we coordinated your works with the other trades which was highly beneficial to the successful conclusion of our Project. I will have no hesitation in employing Empire Building Company on future projects and therefore look forward to working with you again; it was a pleasure working with you and your team, demonstrating a positive “can and will do approach” throughout.     May I personally thank you and your team at Empire Building Company for the recent works completed for our 4 clients wanting their homes built. What started out to be a relatively straight forward 4 Lot subdivision project soon became problematic with its daily challenges! However regular contact and communications with your project managers ensured that the jobs were not only completed to plan but ahead of schedule as well! Empire thank you for weeding out the bad contractors & holding all subcontractors to the highest quality standards. We have 4 amazing homes now in our portfolios.

    I only wish all of our external contracting ran as smoothly and efficiently as this project! I would have no hesitation at all in recommending Empire Building Company to any clients looking to build his or hers new dream home.
