Since 1999 Empire Development & Construction has been remodeling and building some of the most unique projects in the area. Empire Development & Construction has built many new construction custom homes, but our main focus and "niche" is remodeling.

We have had Empire Development do several remodeling jobs to our Onalaska home, and we recommend that any homeowner consider Empire when selecting a contractor. We started with our master bath remodel, followed by "the big one," the kitchen area. We then proceeded to remodel two living areas, with a roof replacement thrown in for good measure. These five projects were done one at a time, over a period of two years. The kitchen remodel won a state-wide prize for Empire for projects of its type in that year.
Tony Szak and all his people are well-trained, personable and creative. They keep the worksite as clean as possible, and are responsive to questions and ideas. We have gladly recommended them to many friends and associates.
