First I would like to introduce myself as a 65 year home owner. married and raising grandchildren.
I have been around the block countless times in dealing with contractors, ranging from repairs, remodels and upgrades.
Without hesitation I will say Tim and his Team are the MOST Professional, Courteous, Dependable, Trustworthy Team I have EVER had the pleasure of working with. From Day 1, Tim was fast to respond to my request for an estimate, and return with a contract that was not only well presented but better than any other estimate I had received.
Tim's commitment at first I believed to good to be true, how could he make such a commitment on such a short timeline ? I was remarkably amazed that he not only met his commitment but exceeded it in all expectations (both time and quality).
Tim's crews were so friendly, and work solid, these folks knew what they were doing without a doubt.
My Comment to everyone is that if you are graced with the chance to hire Empire Roofing and remodeling "JUMP ON IT"
The industry needs MORE people Like Tim and his teams, Hats off and total respect !!!!!!!!!!!
On a side note: I am at very least the most picky and critical homeowner most contractors will every meet, and of all the work I have every had done to my homes, Empire Roofing and remodeling is the ONLY company I have every endorsed.
