I contracted Empire State Restoration Inc (106-07 75th Street, Ozone Park) to demo the cement inside the gate of my home. I paid Empire State Restoration apprx. $4,000 for this work. Within 3 weeks there were noticeable and very obvious cracks in the cement work that they installed. I have been trying for months to get them to repair the cracks and thus far, they have ignored all of my inquiries. Rakib is the person I worked with. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY because their work is very shoddy and subpar quality. This is not an honorable company. I paid very handsomely (in cash) for their services. I have attached photos of my property with the cracks that established themselves within 3 weeks of the cement being poured. If I could give this company a 0 star, I would.
