Does not answer calls, does not show up as promised. After weeks and weeks, finally sends new guy who cuts down 4 years of growth that was shaping an arbor that was finally filled in this year. Then tries to tell me that we weren't able to do an arbor....when he was the one every year trimming it for 4 years to get the shape!
