  Replace roofing on house and new roof on new detached garage

  Don't bother going to their website. This is the worst roofing company EVER. They put 2 holes in my ceiling by dropping a shovel down one vent and a hammer down another. Seriously...Roofing 101, do not place tools near an open vent. I also found many areas of the roof where they did not install the CertainTeed SureStart. I had to climb up on the roof and take pictures and ask them to install the product properly. Next, while they were putting the roof on my new detached garage the same person who did the damage to my ceiling in the house dropped an edible on the ground. My dachshund found it and of course ate it. Later that evening she went in to full seizure mode and couldn't even walk. It was a terrifying & traumatic experience that came with a huge emergency vet bill. The owner, Carlos Diaz, never apologized, never inquired about our dogs health and never offered to pay the vet bill. His nephew, is the person who actually owned up to it and told us who the person was on the crew who dropped the edible on the ground letting us know it was indeed someone from their crew. Which, I already new as they were the only people on our property and our dog was hanging out by the new garage while I was painting the siding. Now...after all of that crap, we have a leak in the new garage roof which we discovered due to mold on the ceiling. The owner, Carlos Diaz, sent two people from his crew to check it out, they were clueless and said they thought it was caused by the thickness of the shingles. They were supposed to return the next day. Of course, no one showed up and Carlos Diaz has ghosted us ever since. He was supposed to have a 10 year workmanship warranty at the time he installed our roof. Even up to a couple of months ago he had a 10 year workmanship warranty. Needless to say, I am pissed & will be taking legal action against his company. I even allowed him to put his sign in my front yard to advertise and he has done 90% of the homes in my development since. All of those homes, my neighbors, will validate that up until a couple of months ago he had a 10 year workmanship warranty. Now, I see on his new website, it says he only has a 1 year workmanship warranty. Regardless...unless you want crappy workmanship done by a company with a dishonest owner, avoid ERS "Emunah Roofing Solutions" like the plague!!

  Replace our roof

  Absolutely top-notch! From the moment Carlos came out to look at a leak we had, (fixed it for us on the spot at no charge) to sending us the most comprehensive and detailed estimate I've ever seen, the service has been excellent all the way. We chose Emunah for the job and it is finished. Carlos is very responsive, answering our calls quickly. Very easy to recommend this company, extremely happy!
