It was a lengthy process with some hiccups along the way. He's a small shop where you're dealing with him primarily...and he's not always available. The quality of work is good but I'd make sure you get as much in writing as possible. He likes to keep things very fluid and his invoices are scribbled on paper...nothing formalized. Which keeps him from having to commit to much of anything definitively. If you have someone that can stay on top of him and micro manage it's not a bad way to go. Otherwise it's exhausting.
