I hired Matt Willimann to winterize my hot tub. He did not properly drain all the water in the hot tub which resulted in water freezing in the heater. When I went to refill in the Spring water leaked out of the cracked heater. He came to fix, but ordered the wrong heater for a completely different model hot tub. He has no clue what he was doing and decided to jerry rig the heater and ended up shorting out the heater and destroying the mother board. He said he was bankrupt and stopped returning calls. He never fixed what he damaged. I called the Westchester County Department of Consumer Protection and he fined him thousands of dollars and will not renew his license in Westchester County. This is a crooked contractor that will run away with your money or not make good on damage they cause. Warning stay away!

Matt came to close my pool, started a pump to drain the water and left. I came back and the end of the day and the pool had no water! He said he would pay to get it re-filled, but never did so I had to fork over the cash to refill it since you can't leave it without water in the winter. He gave me credit for opening the next spring but later caused some other issues related to not properly draining the pool lines. Nice guy but a disaster as contractor, I agree stay away.
