We have had a good experience overall. We have cinder block house and do the install was much more complicated than they originally assume but they didn't charge more. The windows are great. The deal we got was for triple pane. Probably overkill for TX. Only complaint is that the triple pane windows are heavy and we got large casement windows. Sometimes weight makes hard to close. Energy One Windows customer service is great. One window broke and they replaced under warranty no questions.
