    STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANNY..... THEY HAVE NOT RESOLVED MY PROBLEMS. Glen has been lying to me for the last 7 months and now won't
    return my calls as of 2/23/2016.

    Warning- Bad business practices

    Warning- Search their reviews online not here. We are in the midst of a battle with EP/Glen. Took 4 months to receive, 2 weeks to install 14 windows. It appears manufacturer would not sell to them directly due to issues. Lied every step of the way. They quoted and we specified Simonton but they switched/installed to a cheaper window without permission. Admittedly ordered some wrong sized windows and refusing to refund. They did not pay for permit and refuse to revise permit to reflect cancelled portion. Install quality and professionalism very poor. Stay tuned.

    I signed a contract with these people (regrettably giving over $8K deposit) at the end of Oct. 2014 and was told the windows would be done in 7-10 weeks... It's mid-March and STILL no windows (20 weeks later and counting...). Every time I call Glen says it's "factory delays" due to the Christmas holiday - in March??? BUYER BEWARE!!!!! I got quotes from other companies very close to theirs and I should have went with some other one!

    Energy Plus was awesome! They came out to show us different choices of Impact windows. They were not pushy, they worked within our budget and didn't push for more. They kept me up to date on what was going on and the progress of my order. When the doors arrived at the office, they noticed a small scratch on one of the doors and they had it replace prior to installation. On the day of the install they showed up right on time, ready to work. The owner came out a couple times to make sure that we were happy and everything was progressing well.
    It only took 3 days to install all 18 windows and 2 sliders. They cleaned up after themselves and the only evidence of them being there at the end of the day was new windows,
    We were so impressed with the professionalism of Energy Plus we are now ordering a Impact Garage door.

    This Contractor came out and did a awesome Presentation at my home on my schedule. They were prompt and brought out samples and showed me the choices that I had to choose from. The Heat Lamp Demo on the Low E Window was amazing. I chose them to do the Dormer repairs and new window install on my house. They were on time, professional, friendly and cleaned up daily. I have recommended them to all my friends and family...
