Energy Savers Roofs & More

I would not recommend this company and I’d give them a minus 5.
Reason for this is: they replace part of my roof and I was told they would return the next day to compete the roof. They showed up at 8pm and finished my roof using flash lights. They scared 3 kids and a babysitter. I was told by Ryan Buck that his foreman would come out and inspect the work that was done in the dark. Then he stated in another call that we don’t come out to inspect the jobs.
The crew was drinking on the job.
Gutters with leaf guards were supposed to be installed the next day. It took many phone calls and promises from Ryan to get my gutters installed and no leaf guards had been installed. There were 2 promises to be out to install the leaf guards and they never showed up and no phone call. After 2 1/2 weeks I finally got my leaf guards installed.
A week later my daughter went into our storage area and found a mess. Large pieces of shingles and nails all over all the items we had in the storage area.
Also the name on my contract is “The Energy Savers Roofs & More” 2675 S Detroit Ave Maumee, OH 419-720-8771. I was told the owners name is Ryan Buck and to call 567-900- 5591 if I had any problems.
The other name for this company is “Ryans Roofs LLC” 8001 Mead Ln Holland, OH 419-973-0674. This name “Ryans Roof is on the loan as well as the building material delivery ticket”.

I contacted three local companies looking for quotes to have my house insulated. I already knew that I wanted the wall injection process and that my older home would probably not have much insulation if any, from its original build date. The Energy Savers quote was comparable with another company but the biggest difference is the customer service I received! Ryan met with me and always followed up when promised. He was very patient with all of my questions and did not push me into any decision at any time.
After a few days, we set up a meeting to finalize my project plans after I got off work that day. When I stepped outside that morning leaving for work, I discovered that a bad storm the night before had ripped some siding off of my back patio. Knowing that Energy Savers does siding I called Ryan to tell him what had happened.
Once again, Ryan was very understanding and patient with my having to adjust the project to include siding. When it was all figured out, I was able to get the wall insulation injected and a large section of siding replaced. Everyone I spoke with and/or met was professional and polite. I am looking forward to having Ryan and his team at Energy Savers complete all stages of insulation and siding once I recuperate a little more equity so we can just to it all at once. The crew was on time. They did a clean and fast job .They were very respectful of our property, and to us. The job was reasonably priced. I would recommend them to anybody. Five stars.
