Energy star came out measured my windows I ask him to take a pitcher of the other three windows already installed by another contractor so they match. They came out on 11/30/2020 took the old windows out and realized the windows where not the same as the other ones I had no choice but to install the windows they brought out at this time I had no windows on my house I contacted the sales man Roy got no response form him so I contacted Frank the sales mans boss I have been calling him getting nothing but the run around from Him. But they wasted no time sending me the bill January 2021
