In my 45 years as a landlord and 30 years as a business owner. I have never dealt with a Company who is so afraid that the truth be told about their Business Practices and Service. To Start with when I signed a Contract with them for the install, I noticed a few reviews on the Internet where Customers had problem due the Company using Sub-Contractors for installs. I put a specific clause written into my Contract. "NO SUBCONTACTORS". needless to say, on Installation Day a truck with Diamond Windows LLC shows up at my house? After an hour getting an Insurance Certificate, I finally allowed them to do the work. This of course was a Breach of Contract, since it was plainly spelled out in the Contract that NO SUBCONTRACTORS were to be used. After being call a horrible miserable person and threatened with legal action by the Owner and telling me he was cancelling my Written Warranty for revealing the truth about of my experience with the Company, I deleted my review. Then in the May of this year when I was able to open the Windows, I noticed my house infested with black flying bugs? After closer examination I found that one of the screens was defective and had a gap in the bottom right corner and bugs were entering through the opening. I notified the Company on May 7th and was told I would have a replacement in 4 weeks. 7 Weeks go by I still had no screen and called and was told it was on order and should be in any day. So much for that lip service. It is now July 18th and I still have no screen. I spoke to them Today, they told me the first screen came in but was defective and they had a reship date of July 12th, but it was not shipped and they don't know why? The crazy part about the Story is that it is a Flexsceen Branded Screen that anyone can order online and they publish delivery on their website of 10-15 business days? After going back and forth with the Owner about the screen I informed him that I was going to post my honest experience with Energy Windows & Doors. The Owner again threatened me with contacting his lawyer and cancelling the written warranty if I posted the truth about my experience with the Company to date. For the life of me I cannot understand why this individual is willing to threaten people with legal action and cancelling a written contract, if someone wants to post the truth about dealing with his Company? I am only posting the absolute truth of my experience and in no way defaming the Company, only informing others of my true experience with this Company. In all my life I never done Business with any Company who demonstrated such fear of the truth of someone’s experience dealing with their Company. To those Readers every word I have stated is true and documented. My only advise would be to take it from someone who has had the experience of dealing with this Company and make your own decisions. If you want to be threatened with legal actions by the Owner and cancellation of your written warranty if you dare to post the truth about your experience with this Company, by all means, go at it! If you want pieces of mind and a quality replacement Window, there are lots of other Companies out there that can provide you with the Windows and Service you expect and I doubt that you will get threatened with legal action and cancellation of your warranty for posting you honest actual experience with that Company. Update: After procuring Counsel and contacting the Company I was instructed to requested a "WRITTEN JUST CAUSE" for cancellation of my warranty and refusal to send the replacement screen. Guess what, my Screen is being shipped tomorrow?

We got a custom front door and sliding back doors installed with them. First they were at least 3 months behind on procuring the door. The door and the surrounding panels were TERRIBLE QUALITY and even worse they used indoor paint on an outdoor surface. First the inside handle falls clean off THREE DAYS after the door was installed, then a month later, the outside handle comes loose and falls off. Finally less than 5 months later, the paint starts chipping left right and center from the surrounding panels. They refused to fix it citing that the panels, that were installed WITH the door, are "Not covered under warranty".

On top of that they were argumentative about me being unreasonable about their services.
Even the back side sliding door was done badly. Some older wiring at the back was left hanging loose, the panels were not caulked professionally. This company buys CHEAP equipment uses substandard processes and charges an arm and a leg for it. Unfortunately NOTHING good to say about them.

Terrible company, Terrible quality, Terrible people. STAY AWAY and go with just about ANY OTHER company.

Replace old windows with new ones
    $9,834

I bought a townhouse with most, if not all, the windows needing replacement. I went with Energy Windows, Doors and More because their price was competitive. I got 18 windows and a sliding patio door installed 12/18. Since my installation date, I had small bumps in the road such as the women in the front office not being nice over the phone and an issue with a torn screen. Rob, the owner, resolved both issues. He gave me his personal cell # to work with him directly, and went to my residence personally to take the old screen out and then went to the manufacturer, Ideal Windows Manufacturing, Inc. in Bayonne, NJ, picking up the new screen and have one of his servicemen install it. Rob went beyond the call of duty with respect to excellent customer service and shows he cares about it not just in words but his actions.

    Thank you Rob!
