We contracted to have a pad put in and shed moved. While the job was completed satisfactory, they initially failed to put material under or behind the shed, leaving it below the rest of the pad. After a second request to have material under/behind the shed, they only lifted the edges of the shed and pushed a minimal amount of material under the edges. Now the shed has a well under it, we will see how much water it holds after breakup.
The pad was ran out farther than requested because they “had extra material” however they brought in extra to try to remedy the issue with the shed and charged us for it without ever asking for approval (which was required as stated in the quote).
All in all, the job is fine but we wouldn’t use them again as it isn’t what we requested and was over budget.
