    Build a house

    We built our home in 2019. There were issues from the beginning. The builder does not communicate and there is no project plan. I had everything detailed on a spreadsheet and he wouldn’t read or acknowledge anything. The design of my house on the outside didn’t come out at all like it should have. There were multiple custom designs that he didn’t know how to do. Labeling yourself as a custom builder he should know how to do more. There were constant issues with contractors. Our driveway was poured incorrectly and was even acknowledged by the concrete guy and he still won’t fix it. He blamed us for the problem. Our construction was halted due to contractors not being licensed. We are 5 months past our 1 year anniversary and he won’t honor and fix anything. NOT A CUSTOM BUILDER AND VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND DIFFICULT TO WORK WITH!!!! I could go on and on about the issues but hopefully this is enough to detour anyone from using him.

    David England, owner. Came out to check out my leaking roof and told me he was able to get it covered by insurance and sure enough he got it covered in 3 weeks and started putting my foof on the next day not even asking for the check up front. I have given their number to all of my friends on the street and they are all signed up and in the works now with 2 approved already!! If you need your roof replaced but cant afford it like me call England classic roofing.

    During our construction job there was a concern about the way various components of the project were subbed out. The siders and painters were one in the same but it appeared they had a disagreement with Robert Roberts, owner. We were made to feel uncomfortable about whether or not the subcontractors were going to be paid and we were advised to get all the paper work lined up before we issued the final check.

    All in all we were happy about the finished project but some how we were made to feel that the paperwork was improperly filed because we had building inspectors coming to the house for several months after completion.

    Horrible experience. They treat people with complete disrespect. I would recommend using a different contractor over this company. Thoroughly dissatisfied with all aspects of their work and services.
